About Concise Motion Systems

Concise Motion Systems, Inc. is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Framo-Morat products. Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we also serve customers in Canada, Mexico, South America and Asia.

Concise Motion Systems’ roots reach back to 1996 when Framo Morat of Eisenbach, Germany, formed Morat Inc., an American subsidiary, to market their products in the U.S. Concise Motion’s President, Marc O’Mara, served as General Manager of Morat Inc. until 2003 when Framo decided to discontinue the American operation. Marc O’Mara formed Concise Motion Systems in 2004 as an independent U.S. corporation with the goal of continuing to increase the American market and serve the existing customer base. A complementary product line of screwjacks, ballscrews, and electric cylinders was added by forming a partnership with E.u.G. Grob of Sinsheim, Germany.

Concise Motion Systems is proud to market motion control products which we believe represent “appropriate technology” without superfluous features which complicate your system and makes the designer’s job more difficult and expensive. Our actuators are built-to-order by the German factory and are industrial quality and built to last. Available in a wide range of sizes and configurations, they can be easily customized for your application.
