Miniline actuators are the most compact electric cylinder actuators on the market. The Miniline is symmetrical in design. Everything is built in a totally enclosed Stainless Steel cylindrical tube including the motor and the built-in internal limit switches. Only the power cord is exposed.

IP65 (washdown) sealing is available as an option.

Two key design features of the Miniline family are the unique coaxial design and the internal limit switches. Unlike other actuators, the rotor of the Mini is hollow, which allows the lead screw and nut to “telescope” through it. The end result of this design is a much more compact envelope compared to traditional linear actuators.

The internal limit switches are protected from accidental damage or tampering. The single-phase AC units turn themselves off when the limits are reached. 3-Phase and DC units provide limit switch signals to external relays or PLC.
